Applications are now open for the T4EU Stakeholder Challenge: Startup Weekend Saarbrücken 2026, which will take place in Saarbrücken (Germany) from 13 to 15 November 2026, hosted by Saarland University.
T4EU is looking for motivated, forward-thinking students from all academic backgrounds to form international, interdisciplinary teams. Together with top researchers and external European organisations, you will co-create innovative solutions for pressing corporate, public, and social challenges.
You will learn how to think, work, and build like a startup in 54 thrilling hours.
Techstars Startup Weekend will be an exciting and immersive foray into the world of startups. Over an action-packed three days, you will meet the very best mentors, investors, co-founders and sponsors who will show you how to get more done faster – and maybe even start that business!

PROGRAMME
- Day 1 – 5.00 PM to 10.00 PM: Official introductions and presentations of business ideas. Hands-on team-building activities to form working groups.
- Day 2 – 9.00 AM to 10.00 PM: Intense development of a Minimum Viable Product. One-on-one coaching with expert mentors from the startup scene.
- Day 3 – 9.00 AM to 10.00 PM: Final project adjustments and presentations. Closing pitches, feedback jury, networking session, and party.
Three UniTS students will be selected from those in the Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD programmes.
